The Monarch RNA Cleanup Wash Buffer, a component of the Monarch RNA Cleanup Kits, is used to wash RNA after binding to ensure the removal of contaminants such as enzyme, NTPs, and short RNA fragments. It is supplied as a 5X concentrate and requires dilution with ethanol (>=95%) before use. The product is supplied in 2 bottles, each with 20 ml of concentrated buffer.
